It seems everytime I am on Pioneer Avenue, I see another person who looks homeless. What are we, as a community, doing to address this seemingly growing issue? Where are these people sleeping?

The Homer TriBlog is an experiment in participatory journalism, sponsored by the Homer Tribune. We want the TriBlog to be a platform where members of the communities on the Kenai Peninsula can report and discuss local issues and events that are relevant to their lives.
Using the TriBlog, community members can post written articles, photos, audio and video. Readers can then discuss the posted items through the comment system.
